New show apartments at Chelsea Bridge Wharf

18th May 2007 Print
Two new show apartments have been unveiled at Lanson, the fifth and final phase at Chelsea Bridge Wharf, Berkeley Homes (Central London) Ltd’s flagship development on the banks of the River Thames. Designed by Vogue Interiors, the show apartments utilise a colour palette of brown and white with touches of black.

Lanson features a chic and state-of-the-art specification that is the result of detailed market research with existing purchasers at Chelsea Bridge Wharf, and according to Lyn Butler of Vogue Interiors was the ethos behind the design.

“The use of Walnut in the new specification at Lanson heavily influenced our design. We created a colonial feel with warm neutral colours but this was complimented with accents of gold and a range of different fabrics and textures to offer opulent hotel style living”, commented Lyn.

The two-bedroom apartment features a padded satin headboard and walnut bedside cabinets in the master bedroom. Luxurious gold throws and cushions compliment the warm neutral tones used throughout the apartment. The open-plan living and dining area features brown leather chairs and a glass dining table positioned to make the most of the views in the living room as well as a neutral cream sofa and large bronze mirror.

The one-bedroom show apartment offers a brighter colour palette and a design that will appeal to young professionals. The living area features a white leather sofa, a bold black and white leaf print canvas and accents of green. The master bedroom has been dressed in monochrome and boasts a walnut headboard and bedside cabinet for a masculine inspired design. A white gloss kitchen completes the look.

Lanson offers 147 properties, a collection of suites, Manhattan suites, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, alongside 8,070 square metres of office space and Wandsworth’s first four star international Pestana Group hotel.

This luxury development, which is located on Queenstown Road and next to the banks of the River Thames, overlooks Battersea Park and blends glass, render and panelled facades to create a magnificent curved front elevation, which is the epitome of elegance. Other design features include floor-to-ceiling windows, glass-fronted balconies and a winged roof.

Master bedrooms feature mood-inspiring dimmable lighting to create tranquil sleeping or relaxation spaces. The larger apartments also offer ensuite bathrooms while all homes boast a spacious living/dining room opening onto an external balcony. Horizontal walnut veneer doors and finishings feature throughout the apartments. Kitchens include integrated Kuppersbusch appliances, and granite and composite stone worktops and upstands, while the bathrooms boast natural bamboo marble feature tiling and porcelain tiles to create a haven of relaxation.

CCTV-monitored underground parking with direct lift access to all floors and a 24-hour concierge complete the development. Residents will also have access to the bar, gymnasium and restaurant within the hotel, ensuring their every need is catered for.

Queenstown Road, Battersea Park and Victoria train stations are easily accessible by foot from Chelsea Bridge Wharf, while Sloane Square underground station for the District and Circle lines is also located within a mile from the development. Direct bus services also run from outside the development to Oxford Street and Victoria.

Prices at Lanson start from £340,000.
