Chester Row plans luxury flats for South Kensington Global property consultants, Knight Frank, has announced the sale of a prime South Kensington property for redevelopment, 5-6 Queen's Gate Place, London, SW7, on behalf of vendors, Shell International Petroleum Company Limited.

Chester Row has purchased the freehold of the building which currently includes 11 flats overlooking Queen's Gate Gardens for £17million. This represents circa £1,150 psf on the net sales floor area, although the purchasers anticipate being able to expand the net sales area from 14,690 sq ft to perhaps 17,000 sq ft.
