End of an era at EastSide

The homes at EastSide are modern in design and architecture, with brick, render and cladding façades, providing chic living spaces for purchasers. In just 18 months, the first four phases of EastSide have sold out. Now Lower EastSide, the final building, has only a few apartments left for sale.
EastSide is designed around a tranquil piazza style garden square. A sculpture by artist Bob Allen has been commissioned for the centre of the square. Cast in Bronze Resin, the sculpture is called ‘Go’ that will stand approximately 6’6” high on a slate resin base depicting a sleek athletic figure. This new sculpture has an Olympic theme and will symbolise the vibrancy, strength and hope of the 2012 Games.
Each apartment at EastSide is designed to provide spacious interiors, complete with floor to ceiling windows allowing the maximum amount of light to flood in. Most of the apartments benefit from outside space such as a balcony, Juliet balcony or terrace.
The specification at Lower EastSide remains the highest calibre for Inspace Homes. Each apartment is fitted with a deluxe kitchen incorporating integrated appliances, such as fridge/freezer and washer/dryer from Bosch. The bathrooms feature white sanityware with chrome mixer taps, and ceramic wall and floor tiles from Porcelanosa.
Fraser Wells, Managing Director of Inspace Homes comments: “The success at EastSide has far exceeded our expectations. The development provides high quality and stylish accommodation in a vibrant area that also benefits from excellent transport links.”
The location of EastSide offers extremely convenient transport links with a number of stations nearby; Bow Road (District and Hammersmith & City lines) and Mile End (Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines) underground stations, as well as Bow Church DLR station, offering easy commuting to both the City and Docklands. From Bow Church, Canary Wharf is eight minutes away and Liverpool Street is six minutes.
Fraser Wells continues: “Inspace Homes has contributed to the regeneration of Bow by offering quality housing for an affordable price combined with what will become some of the best infrastructure in London. Additionally, having the Olympics venue a short distance from the development has increased its appeal to purchasers and residents of EastSide.”
The development has excellent investment potential. Apartment owners are expected to benefit from the boost of property prices from living very close to Stratford, home of the Olympic Village and the Olympic Stadium.
Only seven apartments are remaining for sale at Lower EastSide. Prices for a two-bedroom apartment start at £274,950. For further sales information, visit eastside-e3.com.
