Sales success for Barratt in the heart of Watford

A striking interior at The Pulse, a development by Barratt in Watford Just 11 apartments remain for sale at Barratt’s striking development The Pulse, in the heart of Watford. The impressive seven-storey building in Beechen Grove, opposite the Harlequin Centre, has attracted a variety of buyers, from those taking their first steps onto the property ladder to investors; almost all of the 88 one and two-bedroom homes were purchased off-plan, even before the show home was opened.

Gary Ennis, Barratt regional managing director, says: “The Pulse certainly has got pulses racing! Architecturally very attractive with well-designed modern interiors and a superb town centre location; the Pulse ticks all the boxes. Those seeking to secure an apartment at this ideal address should act fast before they are all snapped up.”

All the apartments at The Pulse have a high specification, with kitchens including a range of smart integrated stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are stylish and the two-bedroom designs include an en suite. Some properties have balconies while all have a video entry system and private parking.

This development couldn’t be more convenient, with the Harlequin Centre offering more than 145 stores; Watford also has supermarkets such as Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury’s and a variety of home, office and DIY stores. The mainline railway station is around a five-minute walk from the development and the M1 and M25 are within easy reach.

Prices for two-bedroom apartments at The Pulse start from £280,000. The Sales & Marketing Suite is open Thursday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm and Monday 2pm to 6pm.

Should buyers miss out at The Pulse, Barratt has three more apartment developments in Watford town centre. Queensgate (currently being sold from The Pulse) is offering a special scheme called the First Time Buyers’ Initiative, which enables those hoping to take their first steps on the property ladder, who cannot otherwise afford to buy a home outright, to purchase a minimum of 50% of a new home with Government agency English Partnerships providing the remainder of the funding.

Exchange Road will be launched at the end of this month (July) and Whippendell Road is due to be launched in August. To register interest in Exchange Road or Whippendell Road, visit Barratthomes.co.uk.
