September launch of Harrison Court and Imperial Heights

Harrison Court offers just eight new two bedroom apartments set across four floors – a boutique sized collection within the new community. Imperial House by contrast, offers a much wider selection of one and two bedroom apartments rising between five and seven storeys. All apartments have the option of underground parking and can share the beautifully landscaped water gardens, which form a prominent feature in the development.
Queen Mary’s Gate will feature a 24/seven concierge service to provide residents with added round-the-clock security, to welcome visitors and to take charge of deliveries and other necessities for residents. The service teams will be located in a purpose built office at the gated entrance. In addition an estate manager will provide a comprehensive service on site five days a week, which will include, amongst other duties, site maintenance, health and safety matters, refuse and landscape management.
Anthony Atkinson, Customer Service Director at Telford Homes, comments: “Customer service is top of our priorities at Telford Homes. We make sure that excellent service is provided for all who deal with us. With a large development such as Queen Mary’s Gate, we feel that it’s important to have a great rapport between the estate manager, concierge and all the residents.”
Sheena Ellwood, Sales and Marketing Director at Telford Homes, comments: “Telford Homes always strives to offer the very best in design, build and customer service and following the great success of the opening phase of the development last Autumn, we are delighted to be launching these two new buildings at Queen Mary’s Gate just a year later. Concierge services, underground parking and beautiful outdoor space combine to offer future residents the best in South Woodford living.”
Queen Mary’s Gate, formerly the halls of residence for Queen Mary’s College, is just a short distance away from South Woodford tube station, with direct connections on the Central line to Stratford in just 10 minutes or London Liverpool Street in only 20 minutes. The development is also a short drive from the M11 and the A406 North Circular, providing quick road links into and around London.
Prices at Harrison Court and Imperial Heights will be available from around the 7th September. The launch event of Harrison Court and Imperial Heights will take place from 10.30am to 6pm on Saturday 15th September at the Telford Homes Queen Mary’s Gate Sales Centre on the High Road in South Woodford.
