Penningtons moves into Abacus House

Penningtons Solicitors, advised by Savills, has acquired office space at Abacus House, 33 Gutter Lane, London, EC2 from Schroders as its new London headquarters.

Penningtons has taken the fifth and sixth floors at the property, comprising 15,571 sq ft (1,446 sq m), after relocating from Bucklersbury House, 83 Cannon Street, EC4. The commercial and private client law firm has acquired the space at a rent of £40 per sq ft (£431 per sq m) on a lease expiring in August 2015.
