South London apartments for first time buyers

Barratt Kent has teamed up with English Partnerships to give first time buyers and key workers the chance to buy a smart new apartment in the up and coming suburb of Anerley in South London.

The 32 one-bedroom apartments at Zen will be released for sale on Saturday 9th February for purchase under English Partnerships’ First Time Buyers Initiative scheme. This allows first time buyers, who cannot afford the full cost of a home, to buy a property through an affordable mortgage with government assistance for the remainder of the purchase price. The government assistance is paid directly to Barratt Kent by English Partnerships.
