18th March 2008 Print
Just eight homes remain for sale at Barratt Thames Valley’s smart West Side development in Bourne Avenue, Hayes. All the apartments are now sold and those hoping to secure one of the remaining three and four-bedroom houses will need to move fast.

Michael O’Leary, managing director of Barratt Thames Valley, says: “West Side has been a popular development. It is ideally located for work and leisure and is particularly well-placed for the local IT and industrial parks. The communications are excellent, with many buyers commuting to London each day.”

The bus station is almost on the doorstep, while Hayes and Harlington station, approximately a 15-minute walk away and provides services to London Paddington with a journey time of around 20 minutes. Heathrow airport is only about five miles away and, from Hayes, there is easy access to the M4 and the M3 via the M25 motorway. Nearby Stockley Park is home to Virgin Active, which has a gym and swimming pool, and the Chimes Centre in Uxbridge, one of the best shopping precincts in the area, is only about four miles away.

The houses have traditional exteriors and generously proportioned contemporary interiors that offer a range of stylish fixtures and fittings; all have allocated parking.

Prices for the remaining houses at West Side start from £295,950 for a three-bedroom semi-detached house with two parking spaces (some properties have a garage). Barratt’s excellent Part Exchange scheme is also available.
