Three developments built by Bellway South east have been given accolades in the HotProperty Awards 2008. In a ceremony held on 7th March at London’s Waldorf Hilton W1, Bellway South East won a Platinum trophy – the top prize in its category – for Meridian South a newly completed development in Hither Green, which was voted by the judges the best apartments for Commutability.The same development also picked up a Gold accolade for its Green Homes credentials, whilst houses at the prestigious Synergy at Park 25 in Redhill won the Silver award for Commutable Homes.
Sales Director, Palvinder Calliste was presented at the Awards ceremony to pick up the trophies. Commenting on the win she said: “This is a fantastically exciting and stylish development and we were thrilled to have it recognised in such a prestigious Awards scheme.
