Top accolades for EastSide in Bow

EastSide, a joint venture in Bow, E3 between Inspace Homes and Your Lifespace, the private developer arm of Circle Anglia, received Platinum status at the Hot Property Awards 2008 in the ‘Community’ apartment category. The ceremony, held at The Waldorf Hilton in London on 7th March, was attended by many influential people in the house building industry.

EastSide received high praise from the judges, who commented: “We were highly impressed with the EastSide development. It is evident that it was designed to promote a communal living approach and contribute positively to the ongoing regeneration of the area. The judges felt that combined with the stylish interiors and spacious layout of the apartments, the Platinum Award for Community was well deserved.”

The focal point of the development is a tranquil piazza style garden square, which features a sculpture. Created by artist Bob Allen, ‘Go’ is cast in Bronze Resin and depicts a sleek athletic figure. The sculpture has been designed to symbolise the vibrancy, strength and hope of the 2012 Games.
