Planning approved for Canary Central development

The first phase of the development, which incorporated 362 new homes in buildings up to 16 storeys in height, is now under construction with Oracle’s joint venture partners Galliard Homes and has all been sold off-plan.
When complete, the entire development will comprise of 910 residential units, hotel, retail, leisure and offices with a GDV value of £305million. The scheme will also incorporate underground parking, a public plaza and extensive communal landscaping.

This strategy enabled us to secure a committee approval within 13 weeks of submitting a detailed planning application.”
