Linden Homes’ top brass get soapy for charity Directors at Linden Homes Chiltern recently rolled up their sleeves and got their hands dirty to raise money for its chosen charity, Make-A-Wish Foundation, which grants the wishes of terminally ill children aged from 3-18 years old.

Directors from the Linden Homes Chiltern offices based in Harefield left their desks for a morning and got to work, cleaning cars at MACS Plasterboard Systems, based in Luton, who won the prize at the Linden Homes Golf Day Charity auction last July.

One of the region’s main Drylining Subcontractors bid £1,100 for directors of Linden Homes Chiltern to wash their cars with all proceeds going to Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Helen Todd, Sales & Marketing Director of Linden Homes, Chiltern said: “The directors’ car wash was one of the many prizes that our guests had the opportunity to bid for during the evening auction at our 4th annual charity golf day. Over the last three years we have raised over £60,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and are hoping to raise even more at this year’s golf day, we all feel this charity is a very worthy cause and manages to touch the lives of some very special children.”
