Stamp Duty paid for buyers at Southbridge Place in Croydon Townends in Croydon are marketing four, two bedroom townhouses by Summit Homes. They are situated on the borders of central and south Croydon, just minutes from Croydon town centre, where the vendor is offering to pay the stamp duty for prospective purchasers.

Southbridge Place, Croydon are due for completion in June, however, earlier completion can be arranged to suit timescales for anyone wishing to move in earlier. Accommodation for all units comprises reception room, kitchen with fitted appliances, cloakroom, study, two double bedrooms and bathroom. Externally, there is a patio area to the ground floor and, unusually for the area, a roof terrace. All four units are currently on the market for £244,900.

Diane Armstrong, Branch Manager for Townends in Croydon comments, "these homes are an ideal first time purchase or, alternatively, an investment opportunity. With their close proximity to East Croydon station, they would also suit commuters as there are frequent trains into both London Bridge and London Victoria, taking an average of around 15 minutes."

Croydon offers a diverse range of entertainment, live music and arts venues as well as an eclectic mix of local traders at the Surrey Street Market together with national high street retailers in the Whitgift, Drummond and Centrale shopping malls.
