The sun rises in the west at Parkwest Sunrise Radio, the UK’s first independent radio station catering specifically for the Asian community held a special one off broadcast live from Parkwest, the latest development in London’s Heathrow Quarter by St George. Breakfast show DJ Tony Patti along with Deepa Rai and Ruby Raza all went on air live from the luxurious surroundings of the stunning new sales and marketing centre, which is located on Porters Way in West Drayton, just 2 miles north of Heathrow Airport and 1 mile from Stockley Park Business Centre.

With the broadcast going out live, listeners were encouraged to visit the sales team at Parkwest and be taken on a VIP tour of the show apartments with the Sunrise DJ’s. The phones did not stop ringing all afternoon and with every sales consultant busy with customers, it was down to Tony and Deepa to entertain the crowds while Ruby went out live on air.

Ian Dobie Managing Director of St George West London commented, “We were thrilled to host a morning live broadcast with Tony Patti, Deepa Rai and Ruby Raza from Sunrise Radio at Parkwest. The response from the listeners has been amazing; and it goes a long way to prove that the demand is still there for high quality new homes. Our fabulous range of apartments at Parkwest are in a great location which means that it is an attractive proposition for both owner occupiers and investors. With the added bonus of the First Time Buyers Initiative we really are catering for the entire market place.”

Tony Patti, DJ and Group Programming & Operations Director commented, “We really enjoyed broadcasting the show live from Parkwest today and were very impressed with the overall quality of the apartments at this development. The specification is superb and all the apartments are spacious and offer lots of natural light. The St George staff are really enthusiastic about these new homes at Parkwest and rightly so!”

St George has introduced two new types of apartments to the market which have proved to be a real success with homeowners looking for a unique feature to their apartment. The Manhattan Apartment is bespoke to St George and gives purchasers the opportunity to create their own flexible and spacious living accommodation with the addition of an opaque sliding partition between the bedroom and the lounge.

The Duet Apartment is the perfect home for sharing. One apartment, with two identical size bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. No longer will there be an argument over who gets the biggest room as both bedrooms are the same size; an ideal option for investors, owner occupiers who wish to rent out a bedroom or indeed the growing market of joint mortgage buyers.

It is not just the apartments themselves that make Parkwest an attractive option for buyers. Residents at the development can take full advantage of a 24 hour concierge service, private landscaped gardens, on site parking, a private fitness suite, free membership to the on site car club as well as a voucher for sustainable travel allowing them to purchase their own mountain bike.

The M4 and M25 are just a couple of miles away from Parkwest, as is Heathrow -The World’s Busiest Airport with Terminal 5 now open. Stockley Park, Europe’s largest commercial centre, which houses companies such as Apple UK, BT, Cisco, Marks and Spencer, Sharp and Hasbro is only a few minutes away and benefits from a Virgin Active Gym and an 18 hole golf course. West Drayton Station has direct links to London with trains to Paddington going every half-hour and taking approximately 22 mins.

The recent news that Crossrail has been given the go ahead by the Government means that commuters from Parkwest will also be able to get direct connections to Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road and Liverpool Street in the future. For students, the world famous Brunel University is located only a few miles away and provides opportunities for thousands of undergraduates from all over the world each year.

Prices for a Manhattan Apartment start from just £194,950* and The Duet Apartments start at just £264,950.* For further information, see Park-west.co.uk.
