See the new showhome at The Parks and receive £3,000 House-hunters looking for something that little bit more special can find it on Saturday 13th September - when The Parks in Bracknell Forest opens its brand new showhome.

Anyone visiting the George Wimpey West London development over the launch weekend will be among the first to see the stunning four-bedroom ‘Gladstone', superbly styled and decorated in sumptuous coffees and creams with accents of gold.

Better still, those reserving a home at the development over the weekend will receive £3,000 to spend on George Wimpey's interior design options - fabulous furnishings and fittings which bring showhome style to the blank canvas of a brand new property.

Each three and four-bedroom house on sale at The Parks comes complete with carpets and fitted kitchen with oven, hob and hood, making it even easier for buyers to create a beautiful living space for themselves and their family.

The ‘Gladstone' for example, comprises an attractive kitchen/dining room with French doors to the rear garden, and a bedroom off the entrance hallway which could alternatively be used as a family room or formal dining area. The ground floor is completed by a cloakroom.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a large lounge with Juliet balcony, and a further bedroom. Two further bedrooms - one with en-suite facilities - and the main bathroom - can be found on the top floor.

Like all new homes at the development, the ‘Gladstone' enjoys a high standard specification including double glazing, central heating and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

In addition to a range of incentives for those with a property to sell, George Wimpey offers first-time buyers the chance to step onto the property ladder at The Parks, with its popular First Time Buyer Initiative in association with Government agency, English Partnerships. Exclusive to the area, the initiative sees the government contribute up to 50% of the price, enabling aspiring homebuyers can purchase a brand new three-bedroom home from only £150,000.

Bracknell is a modern and vibrant town, with a pedestrianised shopping centre and a choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. A £750m regeneration of the town centre is also underway, creating new leisure facilities, transport links and healthcare services. Homes are within easy reach of the centre and a choice of supermarkets.

Local schools have an excellent reputation, with pupils attaining results higher than the national average.

For commuters, the railway station is less than half a mile from the development, offering regular services to London Waterloo in 60 minutes, and Reading in just 20 minutes. The M3 and M4 are a few minutes away by road.
