Your choice at two great developments in London St George, London's award winning developer, is pleased to announce the launch of the MyChoice HomeBuy scheme at two of its latest developments based in North and West London. The initiative, run in association with Catalyst Housing Group, is making further new homes available to qualifying first-time buyers and key workers.

MyChoice HomeBuy enables aspiring first-time buyers who cannot otherwise afford to buy a home outright, to purchase a new home through an affordable mortgage with assistance. The scheme provides purchasers with up to 50% of the value of the property as an equity loan, with the remainder funded through a conventional mortgage. Properties are available at two of London's finest new destinations, Beaufort Park in NW9, and Parkwest in London’s Heathrow Quarter, for which purchasers only have to raise as little as £87,475 towards their mortgage and deposit. A low monthly interest charge of just 1.75% is payable on the equity loan*.

*How Does MyChoice HomeBuy work?

The loan received through MyChoice HomeBuy has an annual interest charge of 1.75% applied per annum. This will change annually by an amount incorporating any change in the Retail Price Index (RPI) plus an additional 1%. This charge will account for any change in the cost of living that has occurred during the previous 12 month period. There is no additional MyChoice HomeBuy loan repayment requirement for as long as you are resident in the property. However, the loan is required to be repaid upon sale of the property or at the end of the mortgage term.
