Luxury brands join forces to showcase new development
Three of the UK's leading luxury brands, Berkeley Homes, Rolls Royce and Harrods Estates joined forces to host an exclusive evening of high-end property and luxury motoring on Tuesday 14th October. This highly innovative collaboration took place at the Rolls Royce showroom in Mayfair, London. This private showcase saw Berkeley Homes arrive in Berkeley Square to an eager crowd of over 100 invited property purchasers, keen to learn more about the apartments and penthouses at Sugar House, E1, near St Katherine Docks. Guests had the chance to view the Sugar House model and were guided through the properties available for sale by the experienced Berkeley Homes (South East London) Ltd and Harrods Estates team. Also on show for the evening was a stunning Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé - one of the finest cabriolet cars ever made.
The Rolls Royce show room was magically lit up for the evening, with the façade given a striking blue colourwash that marked out the building for all to see in Berkeley Square. Guests were given the VIP treatment, with two Harrods doorman and a red carpet on arrival, a gourmet canapé and champagne service throughout the evening and the opportunity to have a spin around Mayfair in the Phantom
Sugar House is a landmark Victorian building on Leman Street, with Grade II listed status. It is being converted into a limited number of unique apartments and penthouses that offer excellent buy-to live and buy-to-let potential. Their appeal lies in their close proximately to the Square Mile and their character, with period detail and original features ensuring that no two properties are the same.
Piers Clanford, Managing Director of Berkeley Homes (South East London) Ltd, commented on the evening: "Rolls Royce was the perfect brand partner for this event as we share the same aspirations - to produce an unmistakable, quality product that has classic, enduring appeal. The event was a chance to bring the character and potential of Sugar House to Mayfair, showing off the luxury properties in a dramatic setting. The fact that this invitation-only event drew over 100 people is indicative that, despite the current market conditions, a quality product will always prove popular."
