Luxury London pads offer James Bond lifestyle Nicholas Trimmatis has a dream of transforming Beaufort Gardens into one of London’s most exclusive residences. He believes it’s the last remaining undeveloped square of Knightsbridge and he wants to make it the jewel in the crown of the area.

Nicholas Trimmatis himself is one of Europe’s most exciting high end property developers and has spent the last 16 years in the high end property market.

Nicholas fell in love with Beaufort Gardens the first time he saw it. He says it is one of the best locations in London – just a stones throw from Harrods and all the most exclusive shops and restaurants that the capital has to offer. What he loves most about the square is that despite being in the centre town it is incredibly quiet and tranquil, due to the fact its a cul de sac.

The first step was to transform 4/5 Beaufort Gardens into five super luxury apartments with state of the art facilities, which has just reached completion.

The apartment prices ranging from £3.5 million to £12.95 million – some of the luxury ‘James Bond style’ features include:

A state of the art security system - Including thumb print key pads and a special sensor that sends texts messages to the owner if there is a problem.

Access to the five star concierge services of the luxury Parkes Hotel across the square.

The best location in London – just a stones throw from Harrods and exclusive restaurants, yet nestled in a tranquil, tree lined cul de sac.

Among the features of the new apartments include all the luxury trimmings (Italian Marble, Walnut doors, bespoke designs) associated with super prime, a ‘James Bond’ style security system, an exclusive concierge service and lifts that take residence to their own apartment.

The next step is to transform Parkes Hotel into 7 - 9 super prime luxury apartments – work started last week!

Among the plans are to create 7 – 9 luxury apartments ranging from 2000 sq ft - 5,500 sq ft.

Nicholas is also planning two ground floor apartments will be duplexes and have their own swimming pools and fitness rooms. The penthouse duplex will be 4500 sq ft with a personal lift, glass ceilings that open electronically, fitness rooms and a Jacuzzi.

Nicholas has plans to buy several more buildings in Beaufort Gardens and is currently working hand in hand with the local council to re-create the original character of the square. Amongst his plans he aims to plant more trees and plant life in the area, increase the lighting, repair the pavements and also plans to make Beaufort Gardens a traffic free zone.

The apartments will be available through Nicholas’s company – Concept Business Group. For more information log on to cgbworldwide.com.
