A new view for London homebuyers

27th November 2008 Print
A new view for London homebuyers Linden Homes is offering London home buyers the first opportunity to secure a property at its new development on Sandy Lane, Hampton Wick, which provides residents with stunning views over Bushy Park. Located within walking distance of both Kingston and Teddington high streets, and the nearby train stations, the new homes offer excellent links into central London.

Just eleven homes have been made available at the new development, to cater for the continued demand for property in the borough of Richmond. There has been limited new-build development in the area in recent years, and interest in these new homes has been strong. The new collection boasts a highly desirable location, with its close proximity to the popular shopping districts of Kingston and Teddington, nearby attractions such as Hampton Court and Teddington Lock, plus views over the 1,000 acre park, with its free-roaming deer.

Home buyers can also take advantage of the competitive deals being offered. Prices for two bedroom apartments with balconies overlooking the historic royal park start at £299,995. Construction on the new collection has now been completed, allowing buyers to move into their new home straight away.

Paul Cooper, Managing Director of Linden Homes South East, comments:

“As anticipated, this site has experienced intense interest, largely due to the rarity factor of the homes being offered and the fact that there has been very little new development in this area, despite an enormous demand for housing. The location of these homes is highly desirable, offering an entirely new view over Bushy Park, as well as close proximity to the bustling town centres of Kingston and Teddington, and excellent links into central London.”

As part of the development, Linden is building a new Crèche, which will be available to home buyers and local residents early next year.

Prices start at £299,995 for two bedroom, two bathroom apartments with a balcony and personal parking space. The development is within walking distance of Hampton Wick train station, with six trains an hour going into Waterloo.

A new on-site sales office is now open five days a week, Thursday to Monday. For further details see Lindenhomes.co.uk .
