Santa makes himself at home at Handley Place Next Saturday 6th December, visitors to Handley Place, Barratt North London's smart new development in Frogmore, St Albans will have the chance to visit Santa in his Grotto and receive a small gift. Santa and his elves will be making themselves at home in a three bedroom townhouse, which will be decked out for Christmas.

Handley Place has one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses, all set in beautifully landscaped grounds. The scheme is ideal for young professionals and families in the local area, and those currently living in London but who'd prefer a more affordable address within easy commuter distance.

For commuters, St Pancras International is less than an hour away, while Luton airport is just 15 miles by car. The A1M and M1 both provide direct access into London; the M25 is just three miles from Handley Place.

Prices for homes start from £240,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, £345,000 for a three-bedroom house, and £485,000 for a four bedroom house.
