750,000 safe working hours at Parkwest

St George has announced it has achieved 750,000 safe working hours without a reportable accident under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) at its Parkwest development in the commuter location of West Drayton, in London’s Heathrow Quarter.

In house safety awareness programmes such as ‘Goggles for Guide Dogs’ has also helped to deliver the safety message to all site staff whilst also raising money for charity. In conjunction with Guide Dogs for the Blind, St George West London hold an annual campaign parallel with the National Shades for a Day programme to promote eye safety on construction sites.
