Barratt launches affordable new homes in Watford

Glyn Hopping, managing director of Barratt North London, has officially handed over the first phase of affordable homes at its smart Willow Grange development in Watford to Andrew Main, development director for Paradigm Housing Group.

Mr Hopping says: “I am delighted to hand over three new homes to Paradigm Housing Group; the first of 51 affordable homes that we are building at Willow Grange. These, together with a further 69 affordable homes currently under construction at our developments throughout Watford, are making a significant contribution towards the number of homes needed in the area, for rent or shared ownership.”
