Ruislip’s longest established estate agency, Gibbs Gillespie, has opened a special Sales Information Centre to highlight the benefits of choosing a brand new home at George Wimpey’s Sandringham development.

Based next door to its offices in Ruislip High Street, the Centre provides information on the collection of two, three and four-bedroom ‘Arts and Crafts’ homes just released for sale.

Incentives can be tailored to homebuyers’ circumstances and are subject to availability.

Prices at Sandringham start at just £204,995 for a stylish apartment, two-bedroom coach houses are priced from £264,995, three-bedroom homes from £399,995, and four-bedroom designs start at £404,995.

The first phase of the Sandringham development will comprise 113 homes including contemporary apartments, a wide range of spacious family homes and exclusive Live/Work units for those who wish to run their business from home. Home-buyers can also visit George Wimpey’s Visitor Centre in High Road, Eastcote and the Sales Information Centre and showhomes off Lime Grove, Eastcote. The Visitor Centre and Sales Information Centre are open 10.30am to 5.30pm seven days a week.
