Brand new homes at The Edge, Bryant’s stylish development in Edgware, are bucking the national trend of a slowdown in sales.

First-time buyers can choose from one-bedroom apartments at The Edge starting at £87,487* and two-bedroom designs from £116,250* using the Government’s First-Time Buyer Initiative. The scheme offers qualifying customers a loan of up to 50% of the full price of their new home, which is interest-free for the first three years and then capped at 3%.

Those with a property to sell can also benefit from a range of incentives on apartments at the development, and on the four-bedroom, ‘Apollo’ townhouse priced £349,950 – an ideal choice as a family home.

The ‘Apollo’ comprises a utility room, integral garage, cloakroom with shower and a reception room/bedroom to the ground floor, a light and airy kitchen/breakfast room with Juliet-style balcony, cloakroom and living room upstairs, and a master bedroom with en-suite, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom on the top floor.
