‘be’ at Newhall, one of the housebuilder’s first ever developments in Essex, was selected as a winner in the project category at the much coveted Housing Design Awards, last month.

The homes, which have been designed by architect Alison Brooks, were recognised by the judges for reflecting the traditional elements of Essex architecture while successfully introducing a modern twist and a strong focus on design quality.
