A greener choice at Cavendish Place Exclusive luxury apartments and bungalows in Hertfordshire with the latest eco-friendly initiatives.

With the growing need to become more environmentally friendly, the latest Michael Shanly Homes development in Bushey allows buyers to enjoy modern luxury and be green. Providing a mix of stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments and bungalows, Cavendish Place incorporates a host of eco-friendly features including solar water heating evacuated tube system, green energy supply, communal water butts for irrigation of grounds, bird boxes, energy efficient appliances and light fittings. In fact, the development has been awarded an EcoHomes ‘Very Good’ rating.

Situated in a desirable residential location in Bushey Grove Road, the spacious properties each have their own style and have been designed to maximise natural light. Finished to a high standard, each home is equipped with a contemporary fitted kitchen complete with granite worktop and integrated appliances including dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. The master bedroom is equally impressive with an en-suite and built-in wardrobe, while the bathrooms all feature classic white sanitaryware, heated towel rail and ceramic tiling.

Priced from £319,950, the apartments are spread over three floors and offer high quality yet low maintenance accommodation. Many of the apartments benefit from a balcony or patio from the living/dining room, while the penthouses additionally boast a roof terrace.
For added security and convenience, there is also a lift to all floors, allocated parking and mains operated smoke detectors.

Priced from £415,000, the bungalows comprise a living/dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a handy car port. With new bungalows scarcely built today due to housing density requirements, these bungalows at Cavendish Place are something of a rarity and are sure to be snapped up fast.

The location of the properties could not be better either. Bushey offers an excellent mix of restaurants, pub and leisure activities including three golf courses. For more extensive shopping and leisure facilities, however, Watford is only about two miles away. For the commuter, Bushey train station is less than a mile away and offers frequent services into London Euston, while Stanmore and Watford tube stations are also close by.

Two apartments at Cavendish Place have already been reserved off-plan. For further information on the remaining properties, visit prestonbennett.co.uk.
