New homes for Bingham

Seen as a flagship scheme for Redrow, the house builder believes the range of properties planned will attract aspirational professionals, young couples and larger families, looking to benefit from the high quality of local amenities on offer – including excellent schools.
Catherine Cloke, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (East Midlands) says: “Bingham is a beautiful town and there’s a relaxing, laid back atmosphere that buyers will find really attractive. This is a great place to settle for people commuting to and from Nottingham and beyond and will be a quiet haven, where the hustle and bustle of city life can be forgotten.
“Redrow is treading new ground in the east midlands so it’s really exciting to be expanding the company’s portfolio with this latest venture.”
There will be 204 homes at the development, from apartments to large detached houses, ranging from around £135,000 up to circa £400,000.
Bingham has great road links to Grantham and Nottingham along the A52 and Newark-on-Trent and Leicester along the A46. Trains from Bingham station reach Nottingham in around 20 minutes and Leicester in under an hour – great news for commuters.
Bingham is a small market town on the edge of the picturesque Vale of Belvoir, which offers beautiful scenery and is a popular location for walkers. The quiet town, which has useful amenities including shops and a leisure centre, benefits from being close to Nottingham, which has a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, art galleries and shops.
Elsewhere in the east midlands, Redrow is creating new homes in the Lincolnshire village of Bassingham, as well as Grantham, Lincoln and Ailsworth, near Peterborough.
These are just some of the development that make up the 5,000 new homes that Redrow builds each year across the UK. For general information about Redrow’s portfolio of new homes across the country, log onto Redrow.co.uk.
