Nine year old girl is budding designer

A nine year old girl has provided unique inspiration for part of the design of a new show home in Bingham, Nottinghamshire. Katie Simkins may well be fulfilling the role of celebrity interior designer in the future, after the school girl passed on her ideas for a dream bedroom to Redrow Homes and they were more than happy to oblige at their Mill Hill venture.

Katie’s design features in the new five-bedroom detached Rickford show home, which takes centre stage this weekend (19th/20th January) at Redrow’s brand new development.

The weekend will also provide one of the first opportunities for people to reserve one of the new homes being built at Mill Hill.

Amidst a range of superior properties, including stylish two-bedroom apartments and three, four and five-bedroom homes, the spacious show home boasts bold, strong contemporary design and epitomises the high level of luxury living on offer at Mill Hill.
