Mum helps student find her dream home

When 19 year old student Sarah Smith was accepted into Nottingham University's Veterinary College, the race was on to find the perfect pad- and with the help of her Mum, she found it at David Wilson East Midlands' Old Hall Gardens development in East Leake.

Sarah, originally from Bewdley in Worcestershire, had dreamed of becoming a vet since the age of eight, so when she was accepted into the prestigious college, she was understandably over the moon.
