First time buyers flying the flag at Birkin Fields

The well reputed company has recently recorded fantastic half year sales and at its Birkin Fields development alone, eight first time buyers have made the move into home ownership since October.
Situated on Queens Road in Beeston, Birkin Fields offers a selection of competitively priced two- bedroom apartments and two- and three- bedroom houses. This development has something to suit all tastes and budgets and has proved popular with a range of house hunters but most notably first time buyers.
To help celebrate their first Christmas and New Year at the development, Birkin Fields Sales Negotiator Amanda Gaye and Site Manager David Dearden held a special first time buyer evening on 22nd December where customers were treated to a glass of champagne to toast their new homes. Attendees were keen to support the opinion that now is a great time to buy thanks to the fantastic range of deals David Wilson is offering.
First time buyers Duncan Eatch and his fiancée Emma Henderson have bought a three- bedroom Pembridge style home. David Wilson paid their five per cent deposit. Duncan says "We were never really put off buying by all the negative press and we always said that when we were in a position to buy we would, as we both felt renting for a long period is not sensible financially and after all, why pay off someone else's mortgage when you could be paying off your own?"
Chris Hyde and his partner Alice Shaw have also taken their first foot onto the property ladder at the development. Chris says "Personally, I think now is an ideal time to buy. As a first time buyer you're not part of a chain so you're in a good bargaining position and David Wilson offered us a substantial cash discount so they really helped us make our dream of home ownership come true."
Philip Lacey, Sales Director for David Wilson says "Birkin Fields is a first time buyer's haven and has proved extremely popular not only due to the fantastic range of homes available but also because of the deals we are able to offer.
"Despite the doom and gloom surrounding the current housing market, we are continuing to help first time buyers take their first step onto the property ladder with a range of incentives aimed specifically at this demographic which includes stamp duty or five per cent deposit paid, shared equity deals or simple cash discounts.
"We're committed to tailoring the right deal to each individual customer, so if you're thinking about making the dream of home ownership a reality, why not come and talk to one of our experienced sales negotiators to find out how we can help you get a foot on the ladder?"
Situated on Queens Road in Beeston, Birkin Fields offers homebuyers a range of two- and three- bedroom homes. Prices at the development start from just £119,995.
