‘You move - we pay’ says Bryant Homes House-hunters can drop in at the new Chaworth Gardens development in Ravenshead, Nottinghamshire, to take advantage of a weekend of money-saving incentives for those moving in 2009.

Visitors to the development between 10.30am and 5.30pm over the weekend of Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th January can discover the benefits of Bryant Homes' Market Mover scheme, which wipes out the "hidden" costs - and the hassle - of moving home.

Not only will the leading housebuilder pay legal fees and stamp duty, and for a Home Information Pack and removals costs, but will also help find purchasers for customers' existing properties - and pay the estate agent fees.

Lorraine Cooper, Market Mover manager for Bryant Homes East Midlands, said: "At a time when most homeowners are tightening their belts financially, and might be concerned about how long it can take to sell an existing property, it's nice to be able to offer this helpful scheme.

"Market Mover brings an excellent prospect to purchasers at this time of year, saving them money, and it can dramatically reduce the time it takes to sell an existing property."

Market Mover incentives are available to all Bryant Homes East Midlands customers reserving homes at its developments throughout the region.

At Chaworth Gardens, homebuyers can choose from a selection of spacious three and four-bedroom homes priced between £149,995 and £329,995.

The three-bedroom ‘Wessex', for example, is an ideal home for couples and families of all ages and features a large reception room with French doors to the rear garden, a spacious kitchen and a cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a magnificent master bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower room, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom.

Like all new homes at the development, the ‘Wessex' enjoys a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

Chaworth Gardens enjoys a sought-after village location, close to Ravenshead's post office, butcher's shop and newsagent, and with nursery and primary schools on the doorstep.

For leisure, there is a choice of local clubs and societies, including gardening, art, walking and scouts, cricket, volleyball, football and badminton. The area is also home to four golf courses.

Nottingham, just 10 miles away, offers an even wider choice of shopping and entertainment, including theatres, restaurants and live music, while homes are also within easy reach of Sherwood Forest and the Peak District National Park. Ravenshead itself boasts Newstead Abbey - a beautiful building with connections to Lord Byron's family.

Bryant Homes offers tailor-made incentives to suit customers of all circumstances, including financial assistance to help first-time buyers.
