Mum knows best as daughter chooses Miller Homes

They say mums know best, and for Danielle Kinch, the saying is certainly true. For it was Danielle’s mum, Belinda, who suggested that her daughter take a look at an exclusive new homes development from Miller Homes East Midlands. And Belinda certainly knows what she is talking about – for she is a senior sales adviser for Miller Homes.

Danielle (27) and her partner James Arnold (27) had been staying with Belinda in Keyworth whilst saving for the deposit for their first home.

Wanting to move somewhere nearby that combined rural living with an easy commute, Belinda suggested that Danielle and James, and their chocolate Labrador called Lola, should take a look at The Vales, Miller Homes’ development in Bingham, a historic Nottinghamshire market town that has a village feel.

The young couple fell in love with a Kitchener-style three-bedroomed property, which Danielle said: “Ticked all the boxes”. Patio doors open out onto the garden and upstairs, there’s a luxurious family bathroom and the three bedrooms – the master bedroom boasting an en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes.

Danielle, a recruitment consultant, commented: “Mum said we should take a look and she was right because this was the perfect house for us. It’s well laid out and the right size. Bingham has a wonderful feel to it and it is ideal for quick access to the road network. It’s also the perfect place for Lola, who loves going for walks in the countryside.”

And she added: “Mum really believes that Miller Homes has acquired its super reputation through building quality homes and offering excellent customer service. I may be a bit biased, but the whole move went really, really well and we love living at The Vales.”

The development offers the more discerning homebuyer a great choice of properties, with 14 house styles ranging from two-bedroomed townhouses, three-bedroomed mews, and three and four-bedroomed detached homes.
