Homebuyers snap up weekend deals House-hunters who ‘Met the Builders’ at Bryant Homes’ Chestnut Grove development in Hucknall and Chaworth Gardens at Ravenshead in Nottinghamshire have been taking advantage of fantastic deals on the brand new properties.

Site Managers Richard Boden and Mark Jefferson were on-hand on Saturday 28th February, to talk to visitors about the range of homes now available to reserve off-plan.

Richard said: “The day was a great success and we took four reservations in one weekend – plus many more people have expressed interest in securing their new home with us. With that in mind, we are now urging those who are thinking of purchasing a new home to come along and see us before it’s too late.”

Homes available to reserve off-plan at Chestnut Grove are priced from £147,995 for a three-bedroom house, and just £209,995 for a detached four-bedroom home. A range of one and two-bedroom apartments are also coming soon.

At Chaworth Gardens they include three-bedroom detached houses priced from £199,995, and four-bedroom detached designs starting from just £249,995.

Anyone making an off-plan reservation now can also choose a personalised interior design package, including carpets, curtains, light fittings, pictures, mirrors and accessories, or exclusive furniture packs that are ideal for first-time buyers or investors.

Bryant Homes also offers tailor-made incentives to suit customers of all circumstances, including financial assistance to help first-time buyers.

Chestnut Grove is ideally located within easy reach of Nottingham, while Hucknall is on the doorstep and home to shops catering for everyday needs and more. The open countryside and Bestwood Country Park – 650 acres of wildflower meadows, ancient oak woodland and mill lakes teeming with waterbirds – are just a short distance away.

Chaworth Gardens, 10 miles from Nottingham, enjoys a sought-after village location, close to Ravenshead’s post office, butcher’s shop and newsagent, and nursery and primary schools. For leisure, there is a choice of local clubs and societies, and homes are within easy reach of Sherwood Forest and the Peak District National Park.
