Birkin Fields sales negotiator wins coveted title

The Sales Negotiator at David Wilson East Midlands’ Birkin Fields development in Beeston is celebrating after winning the sought after title of Sales Negotiator of the Quarter.

The quarterly Get Recognised Awards aim to commend outstanding work performances throughout the division and for the spring quarter, from January to March, sales negotiator Amanda Gaye pipped her colleagues to the post.

Amanda, 38, has been working for the Leicestershire based housebuilder since December 2007 and took the helm at the Birkin Fields development in March 2008. Her excellent customer service and relaxed selling style has taken the development from underachieving to one of the company’s best selling site.

Amanda credits her success to her dedication to looking after her customers. She comments “I don’t believe in the hard sell, my style is much more relaxed and I like to make my customers feel at ease.
