Discerning new homebuyers are back, reserving properties only released earlier this month by housebuilder Standen Homes on its highly-sought-after developments.

Regency Heights can be found off Chedington Avenue and Chartwell Grange off Mapperley Plains, in Mapperley, an area well-known for its reputation of offering a range of independent shops, parks, schools and excellent road links.
