When Louise Lindahl and Richard Bateman needed a new house with extra space for their home work, George Wimpey's Brackens Court development in Nottinghamshire scored top marks.

With four bedrooms and its own study, the home would allow the children to both have a room of their own and a playroom for their ever-increasing collection of toys - while Louise and Richard (35) could work in the comfort of their own home office.

Once they'd chosen their new home, Louise and Richard wanted to move as quickly and easily as possible and used a solicitor recommended by George Wimpey.

Adds Louise: "Moving to this amazing new home has been fantastic.

"We're all extremely happy with the extra space and the location is superb - much safer for the children and next to a gorgeous country park."
