New Sales Office for Fernwood Village

This weekend David Wilson North Midlands opened a brand new sales office at its popular Fernwood Village development on Great North Road in Balderton, Newark.

Following the merge of David Wilson North Midlands’ sister developments, The Acorns and Oakwood Mews under the Fernwood Village name, a brand new purpose built marketing suite was officially opened to the public this Saturday (29th August) by Fernwood Parish Councillor, Mike Mutter.

Homebuyers and existing residents were invited to come along and celebrate the opening of the sales office, where they were also able to enjoy entertainment from a traditional Caribbean steel band and a delicious free barbecue whilst the children were kept busy with a face painter.
