The Property Investor Show comes to the Midlands

The Property Investor Show - The UK’s largest dedicated property investment exhibition - will make its Birmingham debut at the NEC in March 2007.

The show brings together the very best in the property investment world. The rapidly expanding list of exhibitors will cover every aspect of making money from property, and offer expertise from the UK and overseas for both residential and commercial investments. Mortgage and financial advice as well as other property related know-how will be available from specialist organisations for local, national and international investment.

Adding the new Birmingham venue to the shows circuit, will come as a relief to local investors who have previously travelled to London or Manchester to visit the show. Event organiser, Mike Doyle explains: “The Property Investor Show is in its fifth year and our data shows that during that time, a large number of visitors have come from The Midlands, which is understandable - parts of the area have undergone enormous regeneration which in turn has fuelled a growing trend in property investment. Midlanders are still investing in the local area, and many are now looking further afield to develop their portfolio. The timing is perfect and I am confident that the show will be immensely successful for exhibitors and visitors alike.”
