“We have found that demand for new build properties throughout the region remains strong and these new sites come as welcome additions to our already popular and extensive portfolio of quality new homes. With this in mind, we want to make sure that we strengthen our market share in these locations and this can only be achieved by continually investing in the right sites when they come available.”
Patsy concludes: “Persimmon has also made a number of significant strategic land acquisitions, representing a major investment in maintaining this excellent performance.”
