The Persimmon 'Masterfile' – an indispensable house buying handbook, carefully compiled to guide purchasers through every step of the process from reservation through exchange of contracts to a relaxed and hassle-free moving in day.

The handbook is split into four sections, each containing concise and easy-to-use information about everything from instructing a solicitor to what to do in case of an emergency, plus information on the purchasers' specific development and checklists for every stage of the house buying process. It even contains change of address cards and practical suggestions for what to pack in a moving in survival kit including toys for the children, remote controls for any electrical appliances, champagne (and glasses)!
