Homeowners throw away millions when moving house

When you move house with The Hoults Group you are provided with bags to fill with unwanted household items including bric-a-brac, books and clothes. The Hoults Group will deliver the goods to YMCA’s nationwide network of shops.

All sorts of objects can be re-used or sold and the YMCA has seen donations as weird and wonderful as baths and caravans in the past! Items will be used to raise money to fund schemes which help disadvantaged and homeless young people in the local community and across the country.

No item is too big, so if you want a fresh start in your new home and need to dispose of furniture or larger items, call the YMCA and the charity will can collect them directly from you.
