Under the initiative, purchasers can reserve their brand new dream home while the leading housebuilder assists in finding a buyer for their current property – and pays the estate agents’ fees.

George Wimpey instructs three valuations of the customer’s current property, and the average of these valuations will be the easymover secure price offered to the purchaser.

Ninety percent of properties are sold successfully within the first five weeks, but if no buyer is found, George Wimpey’s partner, ‘Move With Us’ steps in to buy the property.
