Linden tops satisfaction league Award-winning housebuilder Linden Homes is celebrating being one of the top five highest scoring housebuilders, according to the results from the latest Home Builders Federation (HBF) New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey. Over 80% of Linden’s customers were very, or fairly satisfied with their new home, in addition to over 80% saying they would recommend the company to a friend.

Linden has implemented various strategies to ensure that in each and every development that the company builds, the customer is always the focus. One example is the use of ‘plain English’ contracts, which enable customers to understand what they are signing and the processes and procedures involved with as little legal jargon, as possible.

Linden also offers a comprehensive 24 point check prior to a customer moving in, as well as a quality assured certificate and a pre-occupation demonstration, to ensue that they are happy and familiar with everything in their new Linden home. Furthermore, Linden’s innovative ‘license to occupy’ enables the customer to move in on the day of completion, prior to moneys being transferred, meaning the customer can start enjoying their new home straight away, without the hassle of waiting for the financial exchange.

Toby Ballard, Managing Director of Linden Homes Western, comments: “The core ethos behind Linden Homes has always been putting the customer at the forefront of everything we do. Our commitment to our customers and the amount of work that goes into every Linden home can be seen from the glowing results of the HBF survey and our impressive sales successes. With our recent acquisition by Galliford Try we plan to build upon the esteemed Linden brand and to further improve our excellent customer relations, to become the best in the business.”

Linden Homes Western has homes for sale throughout Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire.
