BUPA director appointed Yorkshire chairman of NAEA

The director of BUPA's Goldsborough Estates, Simon Crewe, has been appointed chairman of the Yorkshire Branch of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
Simon, who is also an executive committee member of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers, will take on the role of chairman for two years.

Goldsborough Estates, which is part of the BUPA Group, specialises in the management of private retirement and assisted living properties and has 45 purpose built developments in England and Wales. It also operates an estate agency business that is dedicated to selling retirement property. Last year the estate agency sold over £12.5 million worth of property for its clients nationwide.

BUPA's Simon Crewe said: "I am delighted to have been elected to this role. BUPA's Goldsborough Estates is committed to the highest levels of integrity in its estate agency services for retirement properties and I am keen to share with the industry some of our good practice."
