Townends give Wellingtons the boot!

Townends are delighted to announce the opening of two new offices in Aldershot and Ash Vale after acquiring Wellington Property Services.

The old Wellington offices, which are prominently located on Victoria Road in Aldershot and Shawfield Road in Ash Vale, are in the process of being updated and refurbished and will reopen under the Townends brand in the coming weeks.

As part of the existing Townends group of over 40 branches in London, Surrey, Middlesex and Hampshire, the offices will be able to offer customers a complete property solution including; residential sales, financial services, surveying, conveyancing, new homes and overseas properties. The new branches are a welcome addition to the Townends network complementing the existing offices in nearby Camberley, Farnham and Guildford.

In line with the rest of the Townends group, the new branches will offer customers many desirable benefits such as extended opening hours, Sunday opening and proactive marketing programmes including extensive online advertising and Open House events.

The teams for the new branches will be made up by existing members of the Wellington team and experienced sales professionals from neighbouring Townends branches to ensure that every customer receives the best possible level of service from day one.
