Fix your mortgage rate now for five years

There are Bank of England warnings that the mortgage rate could rise again this summer, but you do not need to let this stop you having your dream home.

What you need to do is to prepare for the fact that they could rise and choose instead a mortgage that is fixed thereby ensuring that you know, month on month, what your repayments are for up to five years.
