25th July 2007 Print
Renaissance Apartments Barratt Homes is hosting ‘chill out for summer’ events across its developments in the south, inviting potential homebuyers to its sales offices to enjoy Champagne and strawberries while looking for a new home.

On July 28/29, each of Barratt’s 12 developments will encourage visitors to take it easy while finding out everything on offer at a specific development and with special one off deals on selected plots, purchasers can also take advantage of money saving offers.

“Looking for a property is particularly stressful and often something you can only do at a weekend – which is typically the only leisure time you have,” said Caroline Hill, sales director at Barratt Homes.

“These events aim to make looking for a new Barratt home a pleasurable experience with refreshments and a relaxed atmosphere. People can chose a new home in chilled out surroundings.

“Offers on selected plots include part exchange, agency selling, first time buyer options and cost savings on stamp duty or deposits – all tailored to each homebuyers needs.”

Barratt is developing on sites in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset with properties ranging from one bedroom apartments great for new buyers, up to more substantial four bedroom homes, including the popular townhouse design. Prices start from £96,000 up to £314,950.

Developments include the attractive Calcos Place in Kelly Bray, near Callington, Torre Marine in up and coming Torquay and Clanville Grange in the seaside resort of Minehead.

Barratt Homes is holding chill out for summer open weekends on 28/29 July at the sales office of each of its stunning developments.
