New MD for Miller Homes North West

Miller Homes has appointed Sue Warwick as managing director for its North West operation – the company’s largest regional business with over 800 completions recorded in 2006.

Sue was formerly Sales Director for Miller Homes and was awarded the new role in recognition of her work in expanding the company’s presence throughout the North West.

She said; “I am looking forward to leading Miller Homes’ innovations in the North West and have set myself a personal challenge of pushing our customer satisfaction levels even higher. They currently stand at nearly 90%, amongst the highest published scores in the industry.”

Sue is joined by Barry Ludlow who has been promoted to Deputy Managing Director. Barry was formerly Financial Director in the North West and has over 25 years experience in the housebuilding industry.

Miller Homes has recently invested heavily in a land acquisition programme in the area and both will be charged with maximising revenue on the expanding landbank.
