Easymover secure builds on the success of George Wimpey’s popular easymover programme, adding the special incentive of purchasing the property if a new buyer isn’t found within a month.

Under the initiative, George Wimpey requests three valuations of the customer’s current property, and the average of these valuations, in discussion with the customer, will be the easymover secure guaranteed buy in price offered. It is possible to market the property at a higher value during the 28 day period with the assurance of knowing the buy in price is agreed.

Fifty percent of properties are sold successfully within the first four weeks, but if no buyer is found, George Wimpey’s partner, ‘Move With Us’ steps in to buy the property.
