Barratt helps buyers onto the housing ladder

The FTB Team Freelander has been clocking up the miles as the team heads around the region spreading the word about how Britain’s largest housebuilder is helping first time buyers move into a Barratt home.
And top of the list of news from the team is Barratt’s £99 initiative. With the first time buyer in mind, Barratt is offering the opportunity for purchasers to pay just £99 to move in to selected homes and Barratt Homes will take care of the 5 per cent deposit, legal fees and stamp duty.
“The Freelander is really turning heads wherever it goes,’’ said sales director Louise Ware. “The team is armed with lots of information about buying a home, Barratt developments in the region and news of our latest initiatives specifically aimed at the first time buyer.’’
She said that no one does more to help first time buyers than Barratt Homes and by using the FTB Team Freelander as many people as possible can learn about what is available this summer.
“We can help with everything from a deposit for a first home through to paying stamp duty and even have Parent Power – an initiative whereby parents and Barratt both contribute towards the cost.’’
As part of the campaign in August, the developer’s FTB Team has been touring the area armed with leaflets and information about developments which have homes perfect for the first time buyer market.
